AdminSystem Options
This page describes some of the options that can be added to the basic informational sites or to e-commerce sites to extend their usefulness and functionality. If you are interested in this aspect of our work contact us. The functions described below are in addition those available in association with the e-commerce and informational sites.
- Affiliate landing pages and reporting: This allows the client to monitor the source of visitors who may have been referred by other sites.
- Selective or full mailshots (plain or HTML text) from account holders list: Emails can be composed and sent within the site Administration system on a selective basis with test facility and audit trail. There is an unsubscribe facility.
- Source-of-visitors reporting ”how they heard” about site (E.g. advert, existing customer etc.)
- Membership sections The system allows individuals to register their interest through the site or, alternatively, member details can be loaded into the Administration system by the site administrator (or webmaster). Membership rules can be applied to allow restricted parts of the site to be accessed on the basis of a valid username and password being entered. Access can be heirarchical or determined by other rules (eg differing access for Trustees, Committee and ordinary Members of an organisation.) These records can be selectively linked to the Mailshots feature of the CBJ AdminSystem. Password management can be automatic or by Administator intervention.

- GoogleAds support: CBJ Digital is able to set up, administer and monitor GoogleAds on behalf of customers at whatever level of monthly expenditure the client feels appropriate.
- RSS feeds
- MP3 player option - integrated into the site - no 3rd party player required. This impressive feature is available for license from CBJ Digital.
- Picture galleries and slide shows.
- Random or rotating displays of images or adverts
- Advert monitoring Click-throughs or appearances
